Mojito
Havana Club Rum, fresh lime juice, sugar syrup and soda water crushed with mint leaves and ice.

Invented in Cuba by their highly trained professional bartenders, the Mojito came about after some Americans introduced the locals to the Mint Julep. When well made, it is one of the world's greatest and most refreshing cocktails.

Strawberry Mojito

Bellini
Prosecco and pureed white peaches.

Created after the Venetian painter, Giovanni Bellini, due to the drink's pure hue and the painter's penchant for using rich pinks on his canvas, the Bellini is difficult not to like with its blend of peaches and sparking prosecco.

Bramble
Gin, fresh lemon juice, sugar syrup and blackberry liqueur served over crushed ice.

Created in the mid 80's at Fred's club in Soho, London, it is one of the best and most popular drinks created in the 1980's. Beautifully simple and seriously complex.

Cosmopolitan
Vodka, Cointreau, fresh lime juice and cranberry juice shaken and served in a martini glass.

Made famous by Sex and the City character, Carrie Bradshaw, who had a penchant for this classic, the Cosmo's balance of citrus, berry fruit and sweetness is perfect for any girl's night out.

Apple Martini
Vodka, pressed apple juice and sugar syrup.

Looks innocent but packs a real apple flavour punch.

Garavogue Martini
Vodka, fresh pineapple juice and Chambord raspberry liqueur.

Created in our very own bar, this sophisticated cocktail is simple, delicious and very fruity.

Strawberry Daiquiri
Light rum, sugar syrup and fresh lime juice shaken together with fresh strawberries and served in a chilled glass.

A popular drink in Cuba where it is known as Fresca Daiquiri, it makes strawberries and cream appear very dull!

Death by Chocolate
Vodka, Baileys, Creme de Cacao blended with chocolate ice cream and served with a flake.

Not for the faint hearted, this creamy pleasure is ideal for the sweet of tooth. Tastes just like the name suggests!!
