Annual Events
The All Ireland Donkey Derby is held each year in Mullaghmore in August. The day raises lots of money for charity each year and is a great summer event.
Agricultural Shows not to be missed each summer include the North Sligo Agricultural Show in Grange, The Enniscrone Show and the Gurteen Agricultural & Horse Show.
The Warriors Run takes place in August each year from Strandhill to the top of Knocknarea, around Queen Maeves Cairn and back to the beachfront again.
